Taste the flavours of the Zuiderzee. On Saturday 4 July, join us for an evening of flavour, stories and summer atmosphere at the Zuiderzee Museum. You will start in the Pepper House with a first amuse bouche, after which you will explore the Zuiderzee village with a museum guide.
In small groups, you walk past places like Café Hindeloopen, coffee house Hoorn, the fish smokehouse, the little wharf and the Amsterdam House. Along the way, you will taste five amuses inspired by the flavours around the former Zuiderzee and the IJsselmeer. As the evening sinks over 't dorp, old and new come together beautifully. Delicious food, strong stories and an atmosphere you don't need to thicken. It's just there.
