Feet in the clay, but for everyone. On Monday 3 August 2026, event terrain De Weijver in Hoogwoud will once again be home to Landbouwshow Opmeer.
This West Frisian tradition has existed since 1889. What once started as a cattle auction grew into the largest agricultural event in North Holland. A day full of animals, demonstrations, activities and encounters. Just outside, between farmers, families and curious visitors.
For children, there is plenty to do. For farmers, it is a well-known meeting place. And for everyone in between? A great day to experience farm life up close.
