On Saturday 3 October 2026, Enkhuizen will again be transformed into a vibrant centre of music and conviviality with the annual Koopkorenfestival (Choirs' Festival)! This unique festival brings the finest choral music to the city's streets, squares and historic locations.
From 10:00 to 17:00, visitors can enjoy performances by choirs from the region and beyond. Whether you like pop, classical or folk music, the Koopkorenfestival offers something for everyone. The cosy atmosphere in the historic city centre makes for an unforgettable experience, where music and the city reinforce each other.
The festival is free to enter and a perfect opportunity to plan a day out with friends and family. Come and listen, enjoy and discover new music, or visit the market stalls with local products.
