On Friday 21 August 2026, the Live Cooking Restaurant in Hoorn will be transformed into an atmospheric Spanish meeting place for one evening. Enjoy an extensive Spanish buffet, live guitar music and authentic dishes that will transport you to sunny Spain.
The buffet consists of various Spanish specialities, including tapas, Spanish cheeses, Iberico cured meats and pan con tomate. This is followed by hot dishes such as albóndigas, patatas bravas, pisto and grilled vegetables. As a culinary highlight, the chefs prepare a traditional paella live. And, of course, delicious Spanish desserts are a must.
During the evening, live Spanish guitar music with influences from flamenco and Latin music creates a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. A wonderful evening out with friends, family or colleagues, centred around good food, drink and good company.
