What to expect.
You’ll stay in a charming, detached B&B cottage with large windows on both sides. Outside, you’ll look out over the animals in the meadow and the vast West Frisian polder landscape. Inside, you’ll have your own modern bathroom, a cosy sitting area, a dining area and a private terrace in the garden. On arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be laid out for you. Every morning, the hostess brings a fresh and varied breakfast to your cottage. This way, you can enjoy complete privacy and comfort, without the hustle and bustle of hotel corridors.
Practical information
The cottages are ideal for a single night’s stay, a relaxing weekend break or a longer holiday. Free parking is available right next to the accommodation and there is a good Wi-Fi connection throughout. Pets are very welcome, but please always check this in advance when making your booking. In the municipality of Drechterland , a compulsory tourist tax applies per person per night.
Our tip for your visit
Book bikes in advance when making your reservation. From Oosterleek, you’ll find yourself right on top of the dyke alongside the Markermeer, and you can cycle along one of the most beautiful dyke routes in the Netherlands towards Enkhuizen or Hoorn.
Pets are very welcome at this location, provided you let us know in advance when making your booking.
Certainly, there is free private parking available right next to the hotel cottages.
Check-in is between 14:30 and 19:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you’re arriving later, please arrange this in advance with the hostess so she can hand over the keys.
